Mount Points in Windows

Unix guys wake up! As of Windows XP, Microsoft allows you to use mount points to get rid of drive letters for more portable software/data. Mount a huge new drive to your "My Documents" folder and forget about the clumsy E: drive designation while gaining storage space. Just like old times, your Operating System and your data can reside on different physical drives without any negative user experience.

If everyone already knew this but me...shame on you for not telling and shame of me for not reading the product release notes!
