Got runnin' shoes? Umstead State Park near the Embassy Suites is home to the 50 and 100 mile Umstead Ultra Marathons. Maybe you are interested in a shorter route? We will be doing an out-and-back run from the Reedy Creek Parking Lot to Reedy Creek Lake. Total distance is only 2 miles. The run to the lake will be slight to moderate downhill so the return will be slight to moderate uphill.
