Note: Putting double brackets around a string of text, such as 2007 NDSU Ext Spring Conference Workspace, will create a link to a new page, which you can then later on click on and edit separately from the current page.
You can also click on the "edit" tab on this page to see the MediaWiki markup tags that it uses. When the "Editing page" page comes up, you can click on the "Show preview" button at the bottom to see the page as it will be presented (shown at the top of the edit web page) along with the code that you are editing to create it (shown at the bottom of the edit web page).
