- A group of volunteers that monitors the incoming questions to the eXtension Ask an Expert system and routes them to an appropriate subject matter expert for answering. Wranglers also take responsibility for monitoring whether questions from the public have been answered in a timely manner, follow-up with experts to make sure questions are being answered, and where necessary reassign questions to other experts.
- Getting Widgets more specific... finding experts where the county doesn't have the right one
- Reassigning to someone with the appropriate area of expertise
- Public eXtension site AAE vs. AAE Widgets
- Question Wranglers should primarily work on questions that come from www.extension.org... recategorizing, reassigning, etc.
- Question Wranglers may want to gently help remind people signed up for widgets if there are questions getting old to make sure they realize what they need to do.
- The widgets are piling the questions into a secretaries' mail box and they are not being assigned.

- Share strategies for find people to answer.
- Share what's working by someone in areas with widgets that have good support, quick answers.
- International interests -- a way to recruit people to help with answering when they come back to the US.
