William B. Umstead State Park is 5,579 acres of natural beauty right here in the Triangle. On Sunday, April 27, at 2:00 p.m. we'll take a short hike in Umstead park. You can signup here. It won't be difficult, no experience required, just wear some comfortable sneakers and enjoy the forest!
