About OpenID

OpenID is a technology that allows you to use a single user log-in at any website that supports OpenID. This means that for sites that support OpenID you will never need to create and remember another username/password combination.

Some notable OpenID-accepting websites include Jyte, Ma.gnolia, Wikitravel. Search for more participating websites at my OpenID or The OpenID Directory. More and more are joining every day.

eXtension and OpenID

Not every site has adopted OpenID, but for those that do, your eXtensionID automatically includes an OpenID URL that you can use at any website that supports OpenID.
