- Needs, concerns -

Writing team needs to meet right away and get the document squared away and posted to the NIMSS site by April 1.

- Feb. 2010 meeting – Fri.-Sat. Feb. 5-6 or Mon. – Tues. Feb. 8-9? Early response indicates Fri. and Sat. work best… objections? Mark you calendars now that the Feb. meeting will be in Orlando, Feb. 5-6.

Date for next conference call: If we stick to this schedule, the next call would be April 3 at 10 a.m. EST. If that time does not work for you, please say so now as we need a critical mass of participants to get a clear update of where we are. On the next call we will need to revisit the objective and determine the next set of tasks that need to be completed. We will a final report from the writing team and an update from each of the other teams with an overview from the Outreach of what tools are available to us through our space on eXtension.

Addition to the minutes: I failed to mention on the call that I am in discussion with Robin Adams at North Carolina A&T to join the committee as a representative from the 1890 institutions. She is interested and will be back in touch if she can get approval to join us.
