A multiple-tier approach was developed for migrating, training and supporting these geographically dispersed new and existing web content managers to the new system. These tiers included regional classroom-environment training throughout the state, one on one online assistance using GoToMeeting software, printed and online training resources, as well as a dedicated help desk for assisting new and existing web content managers.
