How we file them; how we archive them; and how we are making them available to our staff and college personnel via the web using Extensis Portfolio NetPublish and Portfolio Server. Within the University of Kentucky College of Agriculture there is more and more interest in multi-use of images created for magazines, displays, etc. We are trying to meet those needs using the web resources available and accessible to all our personnel and the most efficient means of distribution.
