Items to accomplish:

1. Create NEPDC module on Information Security.

2. Create a resource list of social networking tools.

3. Collaboratively create a best practice document with a subset of specific actions to be taken in regards to disaster preparedness and information security.  : Note: Also involve people from our campuses.

4. Establish a national virtual extension collaborative consisting of Instructional Designers within 1862, 1890 and 1994 institutions.

5. Develop a plan to communicate eXtension activities to our state constituents.

Develop iTeams or promote iTeam involvement

Clearly define IT's role within the iTeam

Clarifying that eXtension's mission is content creation and delivery, rather than an IT initiative.
