- Work with committee advisor to identify PLN IT representatives from states which have not been represented recently and to encourage their participation (Nina Boston)
- Complete development of the Moodle module on Information Security located at http://pdc.extension.org (Jonathan Davis)
- Status Update: Material for the module is available at http://www.aces.edu/user/davisj8/public/Information-Security-module.pdf for others to review and offer feedback. The material is being loaded into Moodle and will include several quizzes.
- Engage in discussions on best practices for training (Jim Segers)
- Continue communicating and promoting eXtension activities to our state constituents (individual efforts)
- Develop Institutional Teams or promote Institutional Team involvement
- Clearly define IT's role within the Institutional Team
- Clarifying that eXtension's mission is content creation and delivery, rather than an IT initiative.
- Implement Ask an Expert widget in appropriate web community sites (county or content teams)
- Encourage use of FAQ database

- COMPLETED: Maintain the resource list of social media tools which is available on the eXtension web site.
- REMOVED: Explore a common approach for collecting data and incorporating requirements for the Education and Administrative Reporting System (EARS), in coordination with the FCS Committee.
