** Strategic conversations: At the July 6 eXtension IT Advisory Committee, Kevin Gamble proposed the idea of "unconferences" for engaging the Extension system in broader conversations surrounding key issues. One goal would be to move conversations out of the IT arena and engage individuals from all the program areas, communications, administration, etc. The concept is still in the early stages, and specific methods of conducting discussions (i.e. online, telephone, etc.) have yet to be identified. Some examples of topics are:
*#Duplicate content-- CES SEO strategy?
*#Online youth programming
*#intellectual property and copyright
*#Social media strategies
*#Budgets -- doing more with less
*#Other ideas for topics???
