Establish Logic Model

Possible Goals
- 80% of staff have eXtension ID
- 50% of staff have CoP membership and participate

- Staff create at least 10 collaborative groups in eXtension on topics of relevance

Market & Promote
- Have a web/portal page with testimonial blogs about eXtension to raise awareness & encourage use
- Develop a marketing plan for eXtension; business cards

- Distinguish between internal and external tools; explain their various uses

- Establish social networks for each focus area
Provide Reward & Recognition
